La Bonne Cuisine recently participated in the International Special Events Society (ISES) Northern California Chapter Gala, which was held at the Bentley Reserve in San Francisco. The evenings theme was "The Other Side of Midnight" with lots of fairytale elements in the decor. We created a "Garden of Sweet and Evil" dessert station for the after party, which was a big hit.
We served up lots of delicious desserts including Tarragon Ice Cream in Chocolate Covered Cones, a smoking Red Fruit Smoothie, and Redcurrant Creme Brulee. It was definitely an event to remember!
